Semi auto pre-stretched film slitter rewinder PPD-SPRE600 id ideal model for slitting and rewinding machine for a prestretched roll from jumbo roll into hand roll.
Machine Is designed for edge folding device for allow to rewind roll be edge folded roll.
By buyer request,It is an option to make pre stretch fluffy/hard roll,machine build with guide rail/roller system to make the rewind roll with lower tension to be soft/fluffy roll.
By pre-stretching roll speed ratio gear sytem,it can slit and rewind the jumbo roll can be to hand rolls by different width and thickness.
It can stretch the film to 100%,150%,200% up to 300% for the total length from the unwind mother roll at buyer option.
This model of machine can multi functional work as high speed standard stretch film slitter and stretch film rewinder.
