Automatic single shaft aluminium foil rewinder is an automated equipment for rewinding large rolls of aluminum foil into smaller rolls. It features single-station winding and a highly automated process requiring minimal human intervention. It is suitable for processing household and commercial aluminum foil etc.Features:
1. Adaptable to mother roll inner diameters of 3 inches/6 inches, maximum mother roll diameter 600mm, maximum load capacity 250kgs.
2. Single-station winding, automatic metering/cutting/film application and cutting, finished product length up to 600 meters, maximum roll diameter120 (mm), finished product weight up to 6kg.
3. The machine uses a touch screen + PLC intelligent control system, one-button setting of length/speed, simple in operation.
