2 Shaft PVC cling film slitter rewinder is a semi-continuous slitting device with two independent winding units. It is specifically designed for high-speed and precise slitting of large rolls of PVC cling film into narrower rolls suitable for retail. Its "2-station" design allows for quick switching to a pre-prepared station after one station's roll is full, significantly reducing downtime for roll changes and improving overall production efficiency.

Features:
1. Dual-station high-efficiency production: Two A/B winding stations work alternately, achieving "quasi-continuous" production and greatly improving rewinding efficiency.
2. The machine is equipped with an electrostatic elimination device to effectively eliminate static electricity generated during slitting and rewinding, preventing dust accumulation and self-adhesion of the film rolls.
3.Automatic cutting and roll change: The machine is equipped with a heating wire device that automatically cuts the film during station switching and assists in guiding the film head to the ready station, simplifying operation.
4. Easy operation: PLC control, touchscreen human-machine interface, allowing setting of slitting width, winding length, and other parameters.
