How Does The Stretch Film Slitter Rewinder Machine Works
Unwinding: A large master/jumbo roll of stretch film is loaded onto an unwind stand.
Slitting: The film is fed through a slitting section where adjustable blades to make longitudinal cuts, dividing the wide web into narrower strips.
Rewinding: The narrower films are guided to a rewinding station, where they are wound onto new, smaller paper or plastic cores to create the finished, smaller rolls.
Semi Automation: Once machine reach the setting length,machine will automatic stop and then take off the final product roll by hand.
