Rewinding machine purpose
Rewinding machine is a special equipment for aluminum foil, cling film, wrapping film, paper, mica tape, and film. Its purpose is to rewind the produced parent roll (called raw material) in turn, and the parent roll passes. After the roll is made into the finished product roll. At present, replacing the DC drive with an AC drive for rewinding machines has become a trend in the plastics machinery industry. The product roll obtained by the rewinding machine is relatively soft, and the inside may be damaged or broken. The edges on both sides are not neat, and the width and the like cannot be directly used in plastics, cling films, aluminum foil processing or printing machines, and most products. (such as cling film, wrapping film, aluminum foil, wrapping paper, etc.) must be passed through the rewinder edge trimming, slitting, joints, rewind on the core to form a certain size, a certain degree of tightness requirements of the finished product to the factory. The rewinding process mainly completes three tasks: first, cutting raw material burrs; secondly, slitting the entire raw material into a number of widths that meet user specifications; and third, controlling the roll diameter of the finished product roll to meet the factory specifications.
